Overview

EZ-FUEL– the first and only self-powered vehicle mounted fuel-dispensing system that enables any fuel-injected vehicle to deliver gasoline directly from its supply to the gas tanks of other gasoline-powered vehicles and machines, eliminating the need to transport or store fuel in dangerous portable gas cans. It’s like having your own gas station on wheels! EZ-FUEL does not require any engine modifications or voids the vehicle’s warranty.

How It Works

Just about anyone can install an EZ-FUEL system. Yes, even you! Or, you can have it installed at one of our authorized installment centers. Install an EZ-FUEL system in the morning and you’ll be good to go by the afternoon!

EZ-FUEL is easily installed, in two simple steps. Step one–mount the quick-connect enclosure on the exterior of the vehicles grill, above or below the bumper, or under the hood. The enclosure is lockable, weatherproof and easily connects to your fuel supply system.

Step two– connect the systems fuel lead to your vehicle’s fuel supply system, and the vapor recovery lead to your engine’s vacuum system, both located under the hood.

When you are ready to re-fuel, open your EZ-FUEL portable carrying-case, remove the nozzle/hose assembly and click the 15 ft. safety hose into the self-sealing, drip-less hose connector located in the lockable enclosure box. Start your engine, insert the safety fueling nozzle, with vapor recovery boot, into the vehicle or machine to be refueled, release the safety interlock, squeeze the lever and fill. The engine vacuum system draws fuel vapors, which are processed by the vehicles onboard emissions control system. No mess, no spills, no vapors, no gas cans! Just clean, fresh, pre-filtered fuel when you need it!

It's so simple! No matter where you are and whenever you need fuel, just click and pump and you're good to go! After dispensing fuel, the nozzle/hose assembly is conveniently and easily stored within the EZ-FUEL safety-red plastic nozzle storage/carrying case, which should be kept within the system-equipped vehicle.

The EZ-FUEL system comes complete with every part needed for any type of installation. All metal parts are aluminum, brass and stainless steel. All fuel hoses are manufactured with ultra-low permeation vapor barrier inner lining. The EZ-FUEL system does not require any engine modification and does not void the vehicles warranty. EZ-FUEL comes with a 3-year warranty. An extended warranty is available.

EZ-FUEL will not release fuel or operate without the host vehicle ignition key. The vehicle’s fuel pump automatic shut-off controls prevent spillage in the event the hose is accidentally severed.

Equipment and motor vehicles with 2-cycle engines requiring a ratio of engine oil to gasoline can also benefit from an EZ-FUEL system. Simply add gasoline from the EZ-FUEL system to a small gas container containing the measured amount of oil. In order to ensure that the fuel does not become stale or contaminated, and to avoid the dangers of storage, only mix as much as you require for operation. Because with EZ-FUEL you can always mix more at a moments notice.
